I've heard that Gmail may be permanently disabling IMAP access, whether to maximize ad profits by forcing people to access their gmail accounts from the web, instead of through Outlook or other services. If so, this doesn't sound like a good thing for you. What is Gmail doing, and are you going to be able to be able to continue offering your service?
